Common Questions

Who can benefit?

Anyone who needs help and guidance with their healing journey. While Holist Transitions primarily focuses on cancer patients or those facing terminal illness, anyone who is ready to release old habits keeping them from moving forward will be welcomed with openness and acceptance of where they are in life.

What is integration coaching?

It’s guidance to help you process and make meaning after a psychedelic journey. For those who are not interested in psychedelics, we can explore other healing modalities that help you attain the same altered state.

Are sessions done in person?

Sessions can be held virtually or outdoors, connecting you with nature’s calm energy.

What healing methods are used?

I blend harm reduction with gentle, nature-inspired healing techniques. Modalities can also consist of somatic movement, breath work, ecstatic dance or meditation.

Are psychedelics required for coaching

No they are not. During the assessment we will discuss your goals, modalities you've tried, and which ones you are interested in exploring to help you. This is your journey.

Is this support suitable for all psychedelic experiences?
